What's so hot about North Dakota?

Queenie's always saying that we should pack up and Move to North Dakota because she believes given enough time we will have ocean front property. Needless to say, the royal offspring scoff at the ramblings of the dotted upon dowager.

But then we read this: Scientists say Arctic once was tropical

Hmmmmm..... Could the Royal Mother be right?
