That's a very interesting attitude-I guess we'll have to let the states in tornado alley know that next time, we're not rebuilding them either; and the next time the Midwest floods along the Mississippi - bye-bye; and Florida, with its hurricanes and orange crop freezes-outta here; we'll be left with the 13 original colonies. (I was going to keep Washington state, but it has earthquakes and Mt. St. Helens) BUT we must Rebuild IRAQ!!!!
