This split decision makes it harder for the Repugs to try their usual dems conspired to hurt us trick (which doesn't meant they wont try). Frankly, as a non laywer the conspiract charge seemed a little odd. The deed was done before the law barring it took effect so it seemed like a reach at best. But what a nice reach the long arm of the lay has... reaching right into Tomcats House pulling him out by the tail scratching and spitting and grinning like the uncontrite felon he is alleged to be!

No wonder people dont trust politicians!!!
